Over the last decade, I’ve worked with top fitness brands such as Nike, Puma, Reebok, and Adidas. 

As a strength & conditioning coach, I’ve trained Olympians, NFL, NCAA, the USMC, Army, USAF, SOCOM. 

As an entrepreneur, I authored Urban Calisthenics in 2018 with Penguin Random House. My H.I.R.T.-centric workout planner app, Sqwod, and its physical counterpart, Sqwod Pod, transcend borders. 

While serving as founder and fitness expert, I was simultaneously leading growth and marketing efforts at some of Berlin’s fastest growing startups.

Fast forward to 2023 – a year of audacious moves. With a heart full of courage, I waved goodbye to my role as Head of Growth. 

Why, you ask? 

To help people reach peak performance and to create a community and suite of resources that help fitness creators start and run their own fitness businesses.
