Welcome to the latest edition of behind-the-scenes of Bootcamp. Last week, we covered what other fitness courses fail to deliver.
Since announcing the Body Recomposition Program, I’ve been flooded with one key question: “What’s this course going to cost?”
I’m excited to reveal not just the prices but also the unique, tailor-made options we’ve put together. Both packages are crafted to fit different needs and goals.
Whether you’re already pretty fit or just starting out, understanding the value and structuring of Bootcamp is crucial. I hope to guide your choice and also empower your transformation journey.
So, let’s break it down:
“What am I going to offer?”
The core of our program is a comprehensive digital course. It’s more than just a fitness guide; it’s a full-blown body recomposition program, blending the latest in fitness science with the technology and products you use every day.
But you asked for more than just digital content. Your requests included:
- “Am I doing this right? Am I making progress?”
- “Motivation and accountability”
- “Personal access to you”
- “Answers to my specific questions”
Keeping this in mind, I’ve crafted two distinct packages:
Self-Guided Transformation
For those who thrive on independence, this option includes our core digital course plus a suite of tools and resources.
- Daily emails, each covering an important part of recomposition. In each email are actionable steps for the day to complete along with the workout of the day. When 99% of people check their email daily, this is a highly effective way to keep you informed and empowered to make small, achievable changes.
- Workbook with templates and guides to record results, track progress, and more.
- Nutrition manual with recipes and meal plan options
- Premium plan to the Sqwod app to create, plan, schedule, and follow along with the workout of the day. Alternatively, those with Android devices will have access to a workout database containing the same workout and exercise videos.
Exclusive One-on-One Coaching
A select few will opt for a personalized coaching experience. This package includes everything in the Self-Guided Transformation, plus twelve private 60-minute sessions with me. These weekly sessions are tailored to your specific goals, offering bespoke advice and strategies.
Limited to only 5 participants for this exclusive offer, available only during the launch.
“What am I going to charge?”
I believe in value, not just in fitness, but in your wallet too. I take a lot of pride in having offered my courses over my career at affordable prices that don’t make people go into debt to get into shape.
However, this course is more robust, covering fat loss and muscle gain strategies from beginner to advanced. It’s knowledge I’ve accumulated over the last 10 years of teaching HIRT training, so it’s significantly more premium and necessarily needs to be more expensive.
The Self-Guided Transformation will cost $197.
And the Exclusive One-on-One Coaching is offered at $497, limited to just 5 dedicated individuals.
The one-on-one option is exclusive to our launch period.
Why am I sharing this now?
I’m all about keeping it real with you. No gimmicks, no last-minute surprises. We’re in this together, and I want you to feel confident and excited about your choice.
So, ponder over these packages. Are you an independent learner or do you need my help?
