Compado is a market-leading affiliate publisher, and my job was simple: make US partners feel supported, understood, and confident we were in control of performance. From Berlin, I owned 20+ relationships day to day across time zones, kept communication tight, fixed tracking gaps fast, and worked cross-functionally on offer positioning and landing page improvements so growth stayed steady and renewals felt obvious.
Nov 2021 – Jan 2024 | Head of Growth, Partnerships & Community
Alongside Nikita Fahrenholz (Delivery Hero, Fahrengold), I helped Actio scale its coach supply by building the systems behind creator growth. I designed the operational workflow (vetting, onboarding, support), then ran paid social and outbound to feed the pipeline. Outcome: CPA down 40% and 600+ coaches onboarded, with a repeatable machine the team could keep running.
Oct 2019 – Present | Founder
Sqwod Pod is my latest: private fitness infrastructure you can book like a meeting room. I built it for people who want serious training without crowds, waiting, or unpredictability. Two Berlin locations later, I run the full operating system, access, experience standards, and iteration loop, treating every booking like product data and every complaint like a chance to tighten the system.
Aug 2017 – Aug 2019 | Business Development + Performance Marketing
At Spark, I lived at the intersection of distribution and real-world experience. I helped launch and scale initiatives across 18 US and Canadian cities, including 92 Spark Events for 6 brands, by securing partners (matchmakers, coaches, agencies) and coordinating campaigns that actually filled rooms and grew subscriptions. Before Spark’s NYSE story, it was Affinitas, and I ran the growth engine too: 80+ Taboola and Outbrain campaigns that drove seven-figure revenue growth with positive ROAS. I launched 3 new brands into 5 international markets, and managed 24 affiliate network partners including major publishers like Huff Post and New York Times.
Sep 2016 – Jan 2018 | Co-Founder
Set For Set started with a simple bet: steel mace training was about to break out, but the category didn’t have a modern brand or buying experience. I built the brand, set product direction, and designed and built the website, while my co-founders handled sourcing through Chinese factory relationships. We drove early traction to roughly $10k/month and 1M+ monthly visitors by pairing a clean product story with content people actually wanted.
Nov 2012 – Present | Founder + Coach
This is the work that made everything else possible. I built a performance coaching brand from the ground up, coaching 1:1 and groups, creating programs, and scaling reach through content. Over time it became real distribution: 155k YouTube subscribers, 350k Facebook followers, and a YouTube breakout with 14M+ views, all built around the same theme, discipline creates outcomes when the system is simple enough to follow.
Feb 2012 – Oct 2013 | Military Fitness Instructor
I learned scale in the most literal way: build sessions that work for real people, deliver them consistently, and earn trust fast. I ran high-volume group programming for roughly 3,000 permanent party service members, keeping training structured, repeatable, and tied to readiness.
Feb 2011 – Nov 2011 | Performance Coach
In Iraq, the job was operations under pressure: keep facilities running, keep standards high, handle issues quickly, and make sure the environment stayed safe and usable every day. It taught me that reliability is a form of leadership, especially when conditions are not ideal. I managed all fitness routines and schedules for thousands of Army personnel, 12 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Jun 2010 – Dec 2010 | Strength & Conditioning Coordinator + Sales Manager
This was my first real blend of performance and business. I supported Division I football strength and conditioning execution while also owning sales and scheduling for training services, learning how to align outcomes, operations, and revenue without dropping any of them.
