Privacy notice

Who is responsible

Thomas “Tee” Major, Berlin, Germany. You can reach me through the contact form on this site.

What the form collects

Only what you type in: your name, your email address, the topic you pick and your message. The page also notes whether you wrote from the English or German version.

Why

To read your message and reply to it. Nothing else. You are not added to a newsletter or any mailing list.

Where it is stored

The site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). Netlify receives and stores form submissions and checks them for spam (using the Akismet service) before forwarding them to my inbox. Netlify also processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the site.

How long

I keep your message for as long as our conversation needs it. You can ask me to delete it at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction or its deletion, and you can object to its use. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority; in Berlin that is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit.
